Birth MOJO CLASSES help families birth with confidence.

Birth Mojo childbirth classes guide you to trust and work with your body during labor using natural breathing, education, teamwork with your partner, and relaxation.

We explore the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy and labor, forming a supportive birth community along the way. Birth Mojo families not only gain the tools and skills needed for a natural childbirth, but also come away educated and empowered to make intuitive and informed decisions during pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Birth Mojo classes take the foundational elements from the Bradley Method and combine them with the most current information on evidence-based care, useful relaxation tools, best practices for labor support, and mindful traditions to honor this time of transition for your family.

Wanted to write to say again what an incredible experience your class was. The knowledge and the confidence we gained from taking your class was evident in our birth experiences and postpartum self-care...THANK YOU!
— Stephanie, mama to Axel and Elliot

10-week signature series

Birth Mojo childbirth classes are interactive, detailed, comfortable, conversational, and fun! Signature Series classes typically meet weekly for 10 consecutive weeks and are kept small so students can easily receive individualized attention.  Each week we cover a different topic to help you connect with your body, your baby, and your partner to help you feel more comfortable during pregnancy and prepare for your birth and parenting journey.

Birth Mojo classes are a great fit for your family if:

  • You prioritize a family-centered birth experience however your birth unfolds

  • You are interested in a natural, unmedicated birth

  • You want you and your birth partner to feel confident and prepared for your birth day

  • You would like to avoid unnecessary medical interventions during pregnancy and birth

  • You would like to use alternative comfort measures, such as movement, water, rebozo, energy work, & meditation during your birth

  • You are looking to create connections with other expecting families

We wanted to thank you for the amazing childbirth classes! We both felt very prepared when the time came. We are forever grateful for the wonderful experience you provided.
— Shira and Aaron, parents to Landon

4-WEEK express series

The Express Series focuses solely on helping you and your partner prepare for your birth day.  Class topics include comfort measures for pregnancy and labor, labor signposts and birth hormones, creating your birth preferences, understanding common medications and interventions, and how and when to use different labor positions. We do not cover prenatal nutrition, postpartum wellness, breastfeeding, or newborn care in this series.  This is a great option for those planning to take breastfeeding and newborn care classes elsewhere, families with busy travel schedules, or parents who have labored before.

LOCATIONS, TIMES, AND FEES

Signature Series Group classes cost $425 per couple, materials included. Included in your class fee is a Birth Mojo Student Workbook and a copy of Mind Over Labor, which are our main sources of class materials each week.

PRIVATe BIRTH CONSULTING

Preparation means different things to different people and perhaps a group setting or multi-week class is not the best fit for you. If you are more than 32 weeks pregnant, have an unpredictable life schedule, just want an hour or two with a birth professional to cover specific questions, or prefer one-on-one support, private birth consultations may be for you!

Our one-hour meetings are structured to focus on the aspects of preparing for your birth and postpartum time that are most important to you. $75/one-hour meeting
